Located only few minutes walk to Monash University, we have 2 bedrooms available for rent. The bedroom comes with double bed, study, and built-in wardrobe. The room comes with your own fridge and allocated cupboard space in the kitchen. This room only share the bathroom with another 2 housemate. All the bills are included in the rent and 6 months lease welcome. Room 3 is asking $230 per week and room 5 is asking $210 per week. This townhouse only have 5 rooms in total so it's very quiet and private.
