The apartment features an open-plan living area with an east-facing balcony, a comfortable queen-sized bedroom, and is fully furnished. All bills are included in the rent, including 5G internet and Netflix. Please note that there is no parking available on-site, but street parking permits can be arranged upon request. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
The location is unbeatable just a 20-minute walk to the CBD and a 5-minute stroll to Pirrama Park and the waterfront. Youll have plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries right on your doorstep, as well as excellent light rail and bus connections. Its an ideal spot for anyone visiting Sydney!
The rent is $890 per week. A security deposit is required.
