I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my three-bedroom townhouse. Located close to Highpoint and Woolsworths with a bus stop (2 min walk from the house) and Tottenham train station that is a 6-8 minutes drive away. There is ample parking spaces available on the street just outside the house.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe, fan and heater. Price includes unlimited WiFi and utilities are shared amongst the other tenants and myself on a monthly basis.
