The grand hallway leads down to the open plan living, dining and gourmet kitchen. Miele appliances, stone benches, butlers pantry, a temp controlled wine cellar. Here you will also find mud room and separate laundry with built in industrial sized washing machine and dryer and built in drying rack. Outside opens up onto a paved alfresco area with built in gas BBQ, gorgeous vines draping over gazebo style eating area. As well as lush Astro turf grass, low maintenance garden and a large trampoline. Nestled in a quiet street, with private garden, trampoline & BBQ area. The house is furnished and fitted out with anything a family or groups might need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable for 5 responsibles, plus children. Cot can be provided on request. Note - The small study room is not available and doors will be shut to guests, we are using this room to store boxes and excess furniture and appreciate that this be respected.
