LOCATION: This large modern house is 5 mins walking distance to Curtin University . IGA grocery shop is 5 minute walk from the house and is also a short drive to Victoria Park cafes, 10 min drive to Carousel Shopping Centre, 15min to Perth Airport and 15min to Perth City.

HOUSE MATES: Respectful, friendly, carefully screened and chosen. We aim to create a happy friendly environment which provides support as well as privacy. We aim to provide a peaceful and quite study environment.
