Rent a room in Randwick

Hi there :)
Im renting a fabulous, spacious room in an extra large flat in Randwick.
Youll be sharing with an Exercise Physiologist for the month of August.
This oversized flat has two bedrooms and a sun room that gets a lot of light in the afternoon.
The room for rent opens up into this sun room where I have a sewing studio, you are free to use the table for studying, dinner, arts and crafts, getting ready to go out, etc.
The room also has a projector!
My flat mate wakes up very early to open a gym most days a week, and we generally dont make too much noise at night or have people over.
Absolutely no partying at the flat aside from pre-drinking, and please - no bringing back the sesh with you!
Room would suit a respectful person who is 420 friendly (although no smoking inside) who can be crazy and fun but is mindful of keeping the space clean and Zen.
No messy Queens please!
$375 Rent includes electricity and internet.
