Pending Sale Clause:
The option to extend the lease is contingent on any ongoing sale process of the property. In the event that the property is sold during the lease period, the Tenant will be issued with a Notice to leave (Sales Contract) and will have up to sixty (60) days to vacate the property from the date the notice is given.

Rent During Renewal Period:
The rent during the renewal period will remain the same as under the original lease agreement, with all terms and conditions unchanged.
